Who we share your data with

If you submit the contact form, your form entries are visible only to the website owner who is also the practitioner at Rising Light Therapies. The practitioner will view your contact form data to establish how best to follow-up on your inquiry. The practitioner will seek your permission to retain your data for the purposes of arranging any treatment. Should you decide against or stop any treatment, your data will retained for no more than one year after the last use of the data (to make contact). The website administrator can also see and edit that information. The website owner will ensure that all personal data that is not required for the purpose of ongoing treatment, is erased within that time.

What rights you have over your data

If you submitted an inquiry through the contact form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
